Tea House Interior

Visited Tanaka-sensei at the building site of a home in Tokyo featuring natural plasters and a detached tea house.

The exterior walls consist of a Tosa Shikkui, earth, lime stone sand and straw fiber finish over earthen plaster on a commercially produced bamboo lattice.

The interior consists of various finishes over earthen plaster on wood lath.
